💥! This really lands, thank you so much Shambhavi. These days there’s a narrative about self-care as an antidote to loneliness that centers on a kind of capitalistic self indulgence as a cure. I mean, obviously we want to take care of our bodies & lives, and I think that you have said that so often, and you have emphasized knowing our real condition and managing that to the best of our ability. But here you’re really highlighting such a profound, yet simple teaching, one that really gets to the core of what media has called the loneliness epidemic. When you speak of it as a profound intimacy with everything, it really hits the mark and I know that I have felt this, though it is not a constant state. 🙏🏼
what an absolutely beautiful teaching thank you.

Love to you, Lavinia and hope to see you in satsang one of these days.
